This Cancellation Policy explains how orders placed with MYFASTPAY through https://store.myfastpay.in/card/myfastpay can be cancelled.

Cancelling an Order You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed, packed or shipped. To cancel, contact MYFASTPAY as early as possible at myfastpay@gmail.com or on WhatsApp 9570087648 with your order number.

Cancellation Window Cancellation requests received before an order is dispatched are normally accepted in full. Once an order has been shipped, prepared or handed to a delivery partner, it can no longer be cancelled and any return would be handled under our Refund Policy.

Refunds on Cancellation Where a paid order is cancelled in time and accepted, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method in line with our Refund Policy. Applicable third-party charges may be deducted where relevant.

Cancellations by Us We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable, the payment could not be verified, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. In such cases any amount already paid will be refunded.
